1. What kinds of led drivers do you produce?
A: We produce constant voltage LED drivers include 5V/12V/24V/36V/48V indoor type, ultra small waterproof IP67 12V/24V type, 12V/24V dimming led driver and 5V-24V LED dimmers.
2. Do you have any approvals?
A: For most of products, we mainly have CE and ROHS approvals, but if necessary, we also can apply for ETL approval.
3. Do you have any advatages in LED manufacturer and delivery ?
A: We have our own engineer team with rick experience in LED driver project design and development and we have our own PCBA manufaturing factory to assure the quality and control the cost in the best way. We have scientific RM supplying system to assure on-time-delivery.
4. Do you supply samples ?
A: Usually 1-3pcs samples are acceptable with prompt way.
5. What about the lead time for batches order?
A: Usually 8-15 working days for mass production such as 2000-3000pcs, it all depends on order quantity.
6. Which tests do you carry out in your factory?
A: We usually carry out overload test, old age test and over current test.
7. What is MOQ for led driver?
A: Usually MOQ is 200-500pcs, but it all depends, but fixed.
9. How about the payment terms?
A: T/T is our mainly payment terms, we can discuss openly. .
10. OEM and ODM is acceptable?
A: OEM or ODM is acceptable. We can have rich experience in OEM and ODM for many years. but we also have our own brand.
11: What is warranty period for the products as a part of after sale service?
A: Yes, we offer 2-3 years warranty.
12: How to deal with the defectives?
A:
Firstly, our products are produced under strict quality control system and the defective rate will be less than 0.3%.
Secondly, for defective products, we will investigate into the true problems happened, find the real reason and adopt the most suitable solution to settle the defectives.
